Built on Real Experience

We started FlashTurbo because we lived through what happens when backup systems fail at the worst possible moment

How We Got Here

Back in 2018, I was running IT for a mid-sized manufacturing company when their main server crashed on a Friday afternoon. Their "backup solution" hadn't been working properly for weeks, and nobody knew. We spent the entire weekend rebuilding everything from scattered partial backups.

That experience taught me something important – most backup systems work great until you actually need them. The problem isn't the technology. It's that nobody tests these systems properly, and when disaster strikes, you discover all the gaps.

So we started FlashTurbo with a different approach. Instead of selling you software and walking away, we build backup systems that get tested regularly. We make sure your recovery process actually works before you need it.

What Drives Our Work

These principles guide every backup system we design and every recovery plan we create

Test Everything Twice

We've seen too many "bulletproof" backup systems fail when needed most. Every backup we set up gets tested with real recovery scenarios. If we can't restore your data quickly and completely, the system isn't ready.

Plan for the Unexpected

Disasters rarely happen the way you expect. That's why our recovery plans include multiple scenarios – from simple hardware failures to complete site loss. We prepare for the problems you haven't thought of yet.

Keep It Simple

Complex systems break in complex ways. We design backup solutions that your team can understand and manage. When crisis hits, you need systems that work smoothly, not ones that require a manual to operate.

Stay Close to Our Clients

Backup needs change as your business grows. We maintain ongoing relationships with our clients, regularly reviewing and updating their protection strategies. You're not buying a product – you're getting a partner.

I've been designing backup systems for Taiwan businesses since 2015. Started in manufacturing IT, then moved to financial services where downtime costs got very real, very quickly.

What I learned is that good disaster recovery isn't about having the fanciest technology. It's about understanding your business well enough to know what you absolutely can't afford to lose, and what you can rebuild if needed.

I spend most of my time these days working directly with clients to map out their critical systems and design recovery strategies that make sense for their actual operations. Every business is different, and cookie-cutter solutions usually leave gaps.

When I'm not thinking about backup systems, you'll find me hiking Taiwan's mountain trails or working on vintage motorcycles. Both hobbies have taught me the importance of regular maintenance and being prepared for unexpected problems.

How We Work

Professional consultation session showing business continuity planning Network infrastructure and server room showcasing reliable backup systems Data recovery testing and validation process in action

We start every project by understanding what failure would actually cost your business. Not just the obvious stuff like lost files, but the ripple effects – delayed deliveries, frustrated customers, staff sitting idle.

Then we map out your critical systems and data flows. Most companies are surprised by how interconnected their operations are. A problem in one area can cascade quickly.

Our backup designs focus on getting your essential operations running again as quickly as possible. We might not restore everything immediately, but we make sure you can serve customers and meet commitments while full recovery happens in the background.

Testing is where most backup solutions fall apart. We run regular recovery drills using real scenarios – not just checking that files copied correctly, but actually bringing systems back online and verifying everything works.

We also train your team on the recovery process. When disaster strikes, you can't afford to figure things out on the fly. Everyone needs to know their role and be comfortable with the tools.

The goal isn't perfection – it's resilience. We build systems that can handle problems gracefully and get you back to business quickly. Because the best backup system is one that works when everything else doesn't.
